CHARTERING WING

Chartering Wing (TRANSCHART) in the Ministry of Shipping is a service organization of Govt. of India for making shipping arrangements in respect of government owned and/or controlled cargoes on behalf of Central/State Government Departments and Public Sector Undertakings under them.  The services of the Wing are also open to the Private Sector.
